We sold some embryos to Tomas Garza who was looking to get into the Simbrah business with our partners at RGV Cattle Company. When we sold the embryos, we retained one-third interest in the pick of the litter which ended up being The Specialist bull. Are we sure glad about our decision to retain an interest in the pick as he has been nothing short of exceptional to this point, siring some of our most exciting cattle to date.

The Specialist calves are loaded with muscle, style, and breed character which has us even more fired up about the future of the Simbrah breed. His EPD spread currently (June 8, 2026) has him in the:

His paternal grandfather LN LMC 12th Man Y238 was the National Champion Percentage Simbrah Bull back in 2012 and is a 6G/LMC Rajin Cajun W908 son. On the bottom side, his maternal grandmother ZZ Crimson Beauty R676 was a productive cow for RGV Cattle Company. His maternal grandsire LMC ATZ Dr. Feel Good was the 2009 Reserve National Champion Simbrah Bull, and this makes his dam a full sister to Triple C and Chappell’s popular donor RGV LMC Dr. Beauty X076.
